Parent Counselling
We know that being a parent is one of the toughest jobs out there. Our parent counselling services gives parents and caregivers the opportunity to get one-on-one support, guidance and insight to some of parenthood’s trickiest situations. We are here to listen, observe, and help you make a plan that is created just for you and your child.
Our treatment model is attachment focused, play based and developmentally appropriate to where your child is at. We use solution-focused strategies and tools with parents and educators, to help provide support and positive results. We believe you should always leave a session with something in your hand to support you at home, and have a lot of tools to share at the end of each session.

- Difficulty with bedtime routines
- Supporting your anxious child
- Safety concerns at home or in the community
- Social skills with friends
- Sibling conflict
- Regulation strategies
- Co-parenting effectively

Counselling Session Rates: 1 Hour Session (45 minutes session & 15 minute Summary Write-up, emailed to you after the session) $200.00
This rate is the recommended fee schedule for a Psychologist in Alberta.
We realize that this may be difficult for some families to budget for, so we offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis.
